We’ll ensure your home is listed and rented out properly, check on it while you’re away, and prepare and manage it for the arrival and stay of your guests.
What We Provide
We are West Michigan vacation rental experts and the only local vacation management company based in the White Lake area.
Our property management services include:
- Advertising and listing your home on various rental websites
- Complete coordination of all bookings, including being available to respond to emails and phone calls 7 days a week
- Management during each guest’s scheduled stay
- Availability for guest questions, requests, and concerns during their stay, including suggestions regarding things to do, places to eat, etc.
- Organization of all aspects of your rental home

Not only will we prepare the property with our complimentary amenities and turn-down service, but we’ll also be available at any time if you have questions, concerns, or requests. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Home Preparation Services – Before Your Arrival
- Open windows
- Turn on water, lights, and AC
- High-Quality Clean
- Shopping services for groceries and/or supplies
- Welcome Baskets that may include an assortment of fresh flowers, local jams, wine, and/or produce. Bottled spring water and granola bars are also provided for a quick snack and refreshment upon arrival.
Departure Services
- Garbage removal
- Refrigerator cleanout
- Cleaning
- Closure and securing of home
Exterior & Interior Check
- Confirm doors and windows are locked
- Check for storm damage, broken pipes, mail, pests, and other issues
