Shore House Property Services is a family-owned company specializing in vacation rentals and property management services. It was established in 2011 by its original founder Rhonda Brewer.
About Our Founder, Rhonda Brewer
Rhonda was a wonderful friend and mentor. She was also the mother-in-law of Rochelle Armstrong, who took over the company in 2020 after Rhonda passed away far too soon from a three-year battle with stage IV metastatic breast cancer.
Rhonda was an incredible, one-of-a-kind woman — someone who exemplified traits that all women might aspire to: strength, independence, charisma, drive, and above all else, kindness. She set an incredibly high standard in the way that she oversaw Shore House Property Services, a standard that today, we actively strive to meet at all times.

Our persistent goal and vision at Shore House Property Services is to make every stay with us an unforgettable and unique West Michigan experience. We love our Muskegon and White Lake communities, and we’re eager to share this beautiful place we call home. Our aim is to provide the type of stand-out, one-of-a-kind vacation experience that our guests will want to relive again and again — one they’ll be eager to tell their friends about.
Perhaps it was in losing Rhonda much too soon that the shortness of life was truly driven home for our family. Daily life, with its ups and downs, distractions and stressors, can often keep us from focusing on what really matters. We should all take time to get away and cherish quality moments with those we love.
